Privacy and GDPR
We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account, provide your instruction and provide products and services you request from us. From time-to-time we will need to contact you to perform our service or let you know about related services. This contact will either by by email or instant message. If at any time you wish to discontinue receiving communication from us simply reply with the word unsubscribe.
We will not pass your personal details onto any third party without your permission except for third parties that are required to deliver the service such as Thinkific (our learning management platform), Podio (our CRM), Accredible (our completion certificate provider) and Stripe and Paypal (our payment gateways).

Your Story and Sales Data Privacy
Some of our courses offer the opportunity to include personal and business in communications with us for coaching purposes. For example, in data forms and story video messages. We use secure cloud platforms to store and manage this data:
Your data in these platforms will only be accessed by our authorised representatives but like any data repository, complete security cannot be guaranteed. You provide you data at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for continued storage of your data. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
You may also choose to share your data in the form of stories or comments in our closed Facebook group - please be aware that data provided to the group stories could be shared without our control and we will not be responsible for your data being shared outside the group.
